We offer complimentary shipping and returns on all domestic items! Tracking and insurance are included at no extra charge for your convenience.

  • All of our engagement rings, wedding bands, and jewelry are crafted upon receipt of your order. Please note that processing times vary, so please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

  • An adult signature is required for all deliveries.

International shipping

International shipping is available worldwide.

Wrong Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if an incorrect shipping address has been provided.

Please be aware that your parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping as well as any reshipment costs.

If you no longer wish to have the order reshipped, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipment fees.

Returns

All shipments are insured to cover loss/damage during transit and is included at no additional charge. If your purchase is damages immediately file a claim with the carrier and contact our Customer Care team. Contact Us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • If a product is indicated as eligible for returns on the product page, it is eligible for a full refund if returned within 7days from the of delivery.

  • Engagement rings, wedding bands, and jewelry are crafted upon of the order and are classified as final sale, thus non-refundable.

  • Center stone diamonds are final sale and non-refundable.

  • All orders are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

  • All returns are required to be shipped with insurance and tracking. A prepaid return label will be issued upon request from our Customer Care team, provided the return is eligible.

  • If you need to return an item, our Customer Care team is here to assist you! Please contact us.

  • If eligible, the item must be returned in unworn and unused condition, complete with the original box, the original tag, the warranty documentation, the certificate, and all other associated paperwork.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged for items that are returned, depending on the specific circumstances of the return.
