Please note that if we find that the damage is determined to be non-repairable based on the images provided, we may not accept the item for evaluation. We truly appreciate your understanding and are committed to assisting you throughout this entire process.
If the damage is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, Estridsen will either repair the warranted damage or replace the item at no charge, when appropriate. It is important to note that replacements are offered as a one-time courtesy in certain situations. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with our products and your overall experience.
Our manufacturing warranty does not cover general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains or rings, and any loss of the product. Additionally, any jewelry that has been damaged due to improper use, cleaning, or storage is also excluded from coverage. Please be advised that complimentary gifts are not eligible for exchange or return for a refund. Furthermore, these complimentary gifts will not be replaced if they are misplaced, lost, or stolen. It is essential to be aware that these items are not covered by our warranty and cannot be repaired through Estridsen.
To be eligible for the warranty that is offered by Estridsen, customers must ensure that they meet all specified conditions and requirements outlined in the warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase.
Please ensure that the ring and the stone have not been subjected to excessive force, undue pressure, or potentially harmful conditions that could compromise their integrity or appearance.
The ring must be stored and handled appropriately with great care. Any ring that has been abused, significantly altered, or improperly cleaned will unfortunately not qualify for repair under the warranty provisions.
The ring must remain in the possession of the original purchaser, as this particular warranty is strictly non-transferable to any other individual or entity.
