  • All shipments are insured against loss or damage for free. If your item is damaged, contact the carrier and Customer Care. You can get a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, except for engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom jewelry, which cannot be returned. All orders are final, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Returns must have insurance and tracking. Please check the Shipping & Returns page for more information.

  • We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued.   • At Estridsen, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging. This means that customers will need to cover the cost of shipping both ways: when sending the item back to us for a return or exchange, and when we send the resized or exchanged item back to them. This policy helps ensure that all transactions are handled smoothly and that returned items are received in pristine condition.
